Apparently due to my error my apt number wasn't included on the package and the post office was supposed to return it to POTV as undeliverable but they marked it delivered.... POTV was very attentive and helpful to my plight and handled it professionally and with care. Thank you.

Decent value

My only complaint is that the brush is not the best quality. Bristles fall out easily. I have other brushes that I purchased from a craft store that do not have this problem.
