Any vaporizer purchased and delivered between November 7th and December 31st will be covered through January 15th! After that, it will return to our standard 14-day policy.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and placed and received your order between November 7th and December 31st, you will have until January 15th to reach out to us and initiate a return for an exchange, store credit, or a refund!
Please know that for any return that is a refund, there will be a c$15 restocking fee and c$15 shipping fee which will be deducted from your final refund.
We have extended this guarantee to ensure that you and your loved ones are satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, and you placed your order between November 17th and December 31st, you can return your vaporizer, even if used, for a refund, store credit, or an exchange for an entirely different vaporizer until January 15th. It’s the only way to honestly know if you like it! We want you to be more than happy with your purchase from Planet of the Vapes.
We gladly accept returns for used vaporizers, and we can also process returns for used accessories if they are being returned alongside your vaporizer. However, please note that we cannot accept returns for used accessories if they are returned independently.

If your return falls out of our extended guarantee period, which has been extended until January 15th, you will need to follow our ordinary guarantee policy.
As Holiday sale is one of our most significant sales, we try to offer the best prices possible! We work closely with the manufacturers to offer significant discounts for a limited time.
To allow this time to be special and stay within the pricing guidelines set forth by our manufacturers, we cannot offer these prices on previous purchases.
LOBO is still eligible for a 100-day satisfaction guarantee policy. This means that from the date of delivery, you will have 100 days to try out your LOBO and initiate a return for an exchange, store credit, or refund if you are unsatisfied.

We ship all orders via Express mail through various carriers, with Canada Post being our number one carrier. We do also ship via Canpar if necessary. All regional orders (ON/QC) take 1-2 business days, and national orders can take 1-7 business days to be delivered.
We strive to ship all orders received before 1 PM (EST) the same day. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
We ship on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, or on holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday unless it’s a holiday.

While the Holiday Season is wonderful, the volume of packages can also cause delays in scanning your shipment. Currently, shipping carriers are taking longer to activate and update tracking numbers.
The e-mail you received with the tracking number was generated after the label was created. Rest assured that your package is on its way. We appreciate your patience - please allow another 24-48 business hours for the tracking to be active.
There are also rare scenarios where your package may be delivered before receiving any shipping updates.
These next few weeks are the busiest shipping time of the year, and there's a chance you might experience some delays in processing orders due to the larger volume of orders during the Holiday Season. We take our shipment commitments very seriously and work diligently to ship orders out on time, per our shipping policy.
In the past, we have seen carriers get overwhelmed with the increase in packages and experience delays in delivery times. We have taken this into consideration and are working with our warehouse and different carriers in hopes of faster shipping.
